We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
Identify skill based learning interventions though self research, consultation and communication with the CD staff and CDM, and Sales managers
Design and deliver the deployment of learning activities to all CD with various tenure
Act as the key controller of CD team training calendar and ensure relationships with internal and external counterparties to make sure the training efficiency and effectiveness
Support the communication, education and execution of all CD’s learning and development activities.
Assist in the preparation of relevant data and analytics for management analysis purposes
Develop, implement and monitor the execution of Employee Snapshot Survey of Region/Distribution network
Improve the overall staff experience, including staff recruitment, training & coaching, engagement and retention in region/distribution network
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor-degree and above with Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field of Learning and Coaching or in Customer Development related positions
Excellent training and coaching capabilities, experience in IWPB frontline is a plus
Independent team-worker, mature, self-motivated and agile in behavior and mind-set
Good communication and relationship management skills
Proven ability to work under pressure within demanding timelines
Experience producing reporting and management information
Demonstrate strong alignment with HSBC values and embedding the values in day to day behaviors and decision making
Good command of English
