We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Actuarial Manager, reporting to Senior Manager and Actuary, Economic Capital.
Principal Responsibilities
- Manage to produce the HKRBC/IFRS17 results according to Cap41R / IFRS17 standards
- Perform analytical review of HKRBC/IFRS17 results including capital position, financial position, business projection, and assumption setting
- Coordinate with Finance and Investment in relation to data, regulatory returns, results, etc.
- Ensure timely and accurate regulatory submissions
- Ensure robustness of models and operational efficiency of processes and activities, such as stress tests and projection
- Ensure proper control and validation in place under the governance and control framework
- Coach junior staff
Requisitos
- University degree in actuarial sciences or related
- Minimum 6 years of experience with proven exposure in reporting processes and the reporting control environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability of planning and problem solving
- Good progress in actuarial exams of a recognized actuarial organizations
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
