We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Talent Acquisition Analyst

Role purpose

A Talent Acquisition Analyst will be providing support to the recruiting team for the creation of Dashboard, information analysis and presentations

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities

·         Dashboard creation

·         Presentation development

·         Database management

·         Identification and data collection

       Perform end-to-end process flow analysis to present to users and also propose process improvements

Requisitos

Functional Knowledge

·         1-2 YOE in the area of Human Resources, Marketing, Data Analytics

·         Experience in the financial, insurance or banking sector 

        Degree in psychology, BA, Marketing, Communication or Industrial Engineer 

·         Advanced English

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strict adherence to Policies and Procedures
