We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Administration Business Analyst

Role Purpose:

This role is responsible for acting as the intermediator at the process of facturation and administrative follow up at diverse business processes regarding the staff, brands and atms topics. We look for a highly developed soft skills professional with advanced level of English.

Main Activities:

  • This role will carry out some or all the following activities:

·        TPS Generation (raise requests in pioneer, meetings with global team for approval tracking.)

·        Follow up for RTB contract renewals (close contact with procurement, request PSR, approval tracking)

·        Generation of Risk acceptance and MSII (meetings with parties involved, closure tracking, present closure documentation, RMM documentation).

·        Resource administration (raise JIRA ticket for ctool, renewal TPS, onboarding tracking)

·        JIRA Tasks closure tracking

·        Archer engagement tracking and Task closure (pre contract tasks, meetings with vendors and technical team)

Requisitos

Qualifications Required:

Mandatory:

  • +2 years of experience in an administrative role as business analyst or a joint between the business and other stakeholders
  • +2 years following up tickets preferably in the IT industry, ATMs or Baking Network

·        Ability to work under pressure, for long periods either individually or as part of a team.

·        Ability to work with minimal supervision.

·        Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage to resolution.

·        Proactive and self-motivated.

·        Flexible, confident and open

·        Good communication skills to interact with various business and Local teams

·        Good communication skills to interact with global teams for third party follow up

Lenguage Level:

  • English level – Advanced Conversational C1
