We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Data Analyst 

The Data Analyst position is responsible to comply the obligations that INMX has with suppliers, regulatory entities and other third parties, attended the requests of the  Operations team (claims and pensions), the payments are made jointly in hsbcnet system and calculating the daily cash flows for investment and financing decision. 
Perform bank accounting in Peoplesoft 9.2 for the period monthly closing. 

 

Requisitos
  • Daily conciliations bank accounts.
  • Generate the daily cash flows report.
  • Generate transfers between own bank accounts.
  • Sending Bank Statements in the closing period.
  • Calculate the investment and share with global asset management area.
  • Generate the reconciliations between bank statements accounts and people 9.2.
  • Generate suppliers reports, Risking Customers Checks report and other monthly reports as support for the other INMX areas.
  • Make requested payments in a timely.
  • Participate for the fulfillment regulatory report RR5.
  • Trust Fund Payment of NAFIN (Pensions and Insurance).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting, Finance or Administrative Economicsols.
  • English at Intermediate level.
  • Micorsoft Office at Intermediate level
  • Management of electronic banking
  • Keep an open communication to meet the requirements of the other areas.
