The role (Assistant Relationship Manager, ARM) is mainly to support a Global Relationship Banker (GRB) who manages the global relationship with Korean Large Corporate clients.
- To support the GRB’s following activities.
- Identifying banking opportunities that address specific needs for Korean large corporate clients and managing from deal origination to execution.
- Growing deep and broad customer relationships to enhance HSBC franchise and generate value added business
- Building and maintaining business relationships with clients in assigned area of responsibility
- Proactively participating in the sales activities of various banking products
- Prudently assessing and reviewing the assigned corporate portfolio in view of credit profile, profitability as well as diversification of revenue sources.
Postulación
· Client-facing relationship/communication skills to solidify banking relationship with Korean large corporate clients with good understanding of various industries, banking regulation as well as corporate credit risk management
· Knowledge of various banking products for corporate clients such as ST/LT (structured) financing instruments, FX/Rates/Metals hedging tools, trade finance and global cash management.
· Understanding of large corporates’ industry-specific accounting treatment and banking requirements
· Collaboration skills with various stakeholders.
· Strong interactive skill with solid command of written and spoken English & Korean
· 2-3 years experience in Coverage/RM Team preferred
