We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Business Manager (Copywriter) - INS COE_BUSINESS SME_CHINA_GZ

Principal responsibilities

  • Create, write, and design clear, concise, and user-centric content in English, Traditional Chinese, and/or Simplified Chinese for HSBC Global digital journeys, including the mobile banking app, online banking, and RM channel.
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers to co-create the user experience, considering content structure, hierarchy, layout, navigation, accessibility, and etc.
  • Develop UX copy that guides users through our digital journeys, ensuring clarity, consistency, and a seamless user experience.
  • Actively participate throughout the design process, from initial concept, prototyping, and iteration to final implementation, to deliver best-in-class user experiences.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with business and tech stakeholders to align content with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Support user research initiatives to understand user needs and behaviours, and incorporate findings into content strategy and design.
  • Ensure all content accurately represents the brand and adheres to brand guidelines, tone, and style.
  • Manage and curate content to ensure it is up-to-date, relevant, and consistent across all digital platforms.
Requisitos
  • To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or other related disciplines
  • Proven experience as a Content Designer, UX Writer, or similar role
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English, Traditional Chinese, and/or Simplified Chinese, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with UX design principles and collaboration with UX teams.
  • Profound understanding of best practices and trends regarding digital, banking, finance, insurance, and investment products.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good verbal communication skills in English.
  • Candidates who are proficient in both English and Chinese will be prioritised.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
