We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Business Manager I

 Business: GCIO COO

Principal responsibilities

 Support GCIO COO related activities including but not limited to: 
•    Participate in planning activities: Budget and Forecasting, Portfolio Management, Capacity/workforce Management, Vendor management
•    Financial Management and Governance: Customer Charges, Direct Cost, under/over recovery analysis, accrual, billing, etc
•    Co-ordinate software capitalization and impairment process
•    Third Party Management: workly closely with Service Lines, Procument, ITCM for third party spend management and ensure contract meets requirements, including funding and P&L impact. 
•    Process Improvement & Efficiency
•    Financial Reporting 

•    Able to ensure accurate information maintenance at all levels despite rapid and frequent changes
•    Strong stakeholder management, financial management and problem-solving skills.
•    Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and able to articulate messages to the business and enabling/ facilitating decision making
•    Good written and spoken English
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills; Strong sense of responsibility and committed to work; willing able to work under pressure and short turnaround time
•    5 years or above working experience 

Nice to have:

•    Knowledge of Data Analysis 
•    Experiences of working with diverse teams
•    Experiences in using GPDM ,COGNOS,Clarity,Discover, Pioneer etc
