We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Business Manager I. 

Business: GCIO COO-Asia & Mid East Tech

Principal responsibilities

Support Hang Seng IT teams in business management related activities including but not limited to:

  • Support Finance Lead on Financial Management for both HTC and HASE HK on customer charges, OE forecast, AME's P&L status, direct cost, accruals, billing etc.
  • Independently manage on HTC HASE Financials, rate analysis, and cost margin analysis.
  • Lead intangible asset impairment review, CCT & Cadency review.
  • Process Improvement & Efficiency to identify optimizational opportunities.
  • In-depth understanding of HIBS, QilkSense,GPDM, Clarity, Pioneer, Cognos etc for MI, Metrics & Reporting.
  • Day to Day support activities in helping to run the operation.

Requisitos
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English, especially proficient in email communication and reporting.
  • Must possess excellent attention to detail and ability to investigate items in detail.
  • Logical and analytical thinking.
  • Strong understanding of the IT recharges eco-system.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles such as capitalization and amortizations.
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to delivery; Excellent problem solving and user support skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; skills in data analysis is a plus.
  • Integrity and self-starter and able to perform with minimal supervision.
  • Capability to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure.
