We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
- Play a key role in requirement analysis: You will demonstrate leadership and outstanding skills in requirements gathering and analysis, business requirements management, stakeholder management, customer-centric design capabilities, innovation and excellent communication skills in an agile development environment to ensure efficient team collaboration and rapid iteration.
- Possess full-stack engineer capabilities and handle diverse tasks: In addition to the responsibilities of a BA, you will learn and have full-stack engineer capabilities, supporting colleagues in areas such as testing and testing automation, code development, and DevOps. You will also complete some relatively simple but important tasks outside of BA to ensure overall team performance and project success.
- Provide cross-functional support: When other engineers or projects need assistance, you will respond promptly and provide necessary support to ensure efficient completion of team tasks. You will also be willing to share knowledge and help team members improve their BA skills.
Requisitos
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Education
· Bachelor’s degree (or above) in computer science as well as other business-related fields
Experience
- Project Experience: Experience with large-scale application projects in corporate banking.
- Agile Development Experience: Experience working in an agile environment, able to flexibly adapt to rapidly changing requirements.
Technical Skill
- Business Requirements Management: include collecting, analyzing, documenting, reviewing, setting acceptance criteria, testing, managing changes, conducting regular validation, and gathering feedback for both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: include identifying and managing the expectations and needs of key stakeholders. This involves identifying key stakeholders, documenting their expectations and needs, analysing and categorizing stakeholders, developing communication plans, managing stakeholder expectations, collaborating with stakeholders, and monitoring stakeholder engagement.
- Methodologies, Tools, and Techniques for Requirements Gathering and Analysis: using common business analysis techniques such as desktop research, competitive analysis, interviews, workshops, and surveys. You should be able to describe requirements using User Journey, use case diagrams and user stories. Proficiency in requirements gathering and management tools such as JIRA, process modelling tools, prototyping tools, and data analysis tools is also required.
- Communication Skills: This includes actively employing various communication methods and mastering the following in communication: preparation in advance, active listening, clear expression, effective written communication, non-verbal communication, adaptive communication, meeting management, conflict resolution, negotiation skills, emotional management, and proficiency in technical tools.
- Problem-solving Skills: Ability to quickly diagnose and solve complex technical problems, with the capability to independently resolve issues.
Language
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is required.

Preferred Qualification
