We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Digital Product Manager. 

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Support the execution of IWPB’s “Digitize at Scale” strategy to drive digital channel growth and deliver commercial value
  • Contribute to both change-the-bank (CTB) and run-the-bank (RTB) initiatives to improve digital capabilities, aligning with IWPB objectives and customer needs
  • Assist in defining future product opportunities and building robust business cases to demonstrate commercial benefits
  • Lead local implementation of digital initiatives to ensure timely delivery against business goals. Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including Data & Analytics, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and Software Delivery- Define functional and deployment requirements in partnership with engineering and delivery teams
  • Research new technologies and competitor activity to inform innovation and forward planning
  • Support KTLO (Keep The Lights On) activities, including regression testing, migration support, and production readiness
  • Manage incidents and complaints, supporting resolution coordination with relevant teams
  • Support governance processes, including documentation and tracking of Digital Risk Forum, Model Risk, and internal audit actions
Requisitos

To be successful you will need

  • Experience in digital banking product development / digital journeys within the retail banking sector
  • Familiarity with project and stakeholder management within large, matrixed organisations
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage delivery independently under pressure
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint; skilled in defining business requirements and collaborating with delivery and UX (design) teams
  • Experience fostering collaboration across business areas based on mutual trust and aligned goals
  • Continuous improvement mindset with understanding of change implementation mechanisms; organised, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, regulated environment
