As a well-established insurance entity, we take care of every need of our customers with an optimized service excellence through the Bank’s retail and commercial network, with a dedicated team of professionals in place.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Insurance Proposition and Product Marketing Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

·         Work collaboratively internally with key stakeholders (including Bank Marketing, respective sales channels, Operations, CDK, Digital teams, IT team, etc.) to manage the smooth execution of initiatives in product marketing and insurance proposition programs and events.

·         Support insurance marketing managers in the overall production of product and campaign materials, including but not limited to proofreading, campaign code setting, gift purchasing, and procurement liaison.

·         End-to-end campaign fulfillment including data extraction, gift sourcing, and coordination with sales channels

·         Collaborate with Bank Marketing and manage marketing campaign launches, materials uploads, memo development, etc.

·         Program performance tracking and report development

·         Collaborate with Bank Marketing and Insurance Managers on customer events across all sales channels.

·         Support marketing budget management, including vendor management, system payment, cross-department transfers, etc.

·         Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned, aligned with HASE, Group Insurance, and HSIC direction.

Requisitos
  • University degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Economics or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience with exposure to banking/ insurance industry
  • Great sense of ownership, able to work diligently and have a positive mindset
  • Knowledge of insurance product is highly preferred
  • Experience in managing risk-control stakeholders is highly preferred but not a must
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Event management experience is preferred but not a must
  • Well versed in MS Office, including Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese and fluent Mandarin speaking
  • Fluent Mandarin speaking
