We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
· Supporting key activities directly impacting new business output of the private wealth planners.
· Interface with Insurance Operation departments, including claims, operations, and compliance to enhance the service standard.
· Ensure that business enhancement projects are completed with quality and timeliness.
· Ensure projects are rolled out effectively and smoothly.
· Fulfill all internal compliance/ risk and external regulatory requirements.
· Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
· Relevant experience in distribution management, or broad scope sales, marketing experience in insurance industry.
· Able to co-opt stakeholders and manage distribution demands.
· Leadership quality in managing multiple variation in team members job scope and seniority profile.
· Strong Microsoft application knowledge and Project management is a plus.
· Able to work effectively under pressure with tight timeline.
· Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese. Basic knowledge of English is necessary.
