We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Service Delivery Admin.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Provide full executive support including managing the inbox, calendar appointments, complex diary scheduling, travel and meeting logistics, expense processing, and other delegated tasks
  • Manage distribution lists, organisation charts and executive bios
  • Manage senior executive on-boarding
  • Maintain strict confidentiality
  • Identify and escalate potential risks / issues to Executive Management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records as required by Executive Management
  • Collaborate and build positive stakeholder relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective ongoing engagement
  • Act as a good team member and show a positive collaborative attitude, support diversity and promotes HSBC’s values and behaviours
Requisitos
  • Proven administrative or secretarial experience or equivalent
  • Proficiency with computers and associated software packages. MS Office skills including advanced PowerPoint and Outlook, and proficiency in use of Excel and Word
  • Excellent planning, organising, problem solving and commercial skills
  • Excellent understanding or ability to quickly learn HSBC structures, processes and objectives across the Group
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and ability to forward plan
  • Ability to anticipate senior / executive manager needs as well as operate independently and handle majority of responsibilities without consultation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – the ability to communicate complex issues concisely
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management and influencing skills
