We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Marketing Manager, Global Private Banking Marketing.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will: 

  • Prepare invitations and marketing materials for various events and campaigns
  • Manage guest list registration and maintain accurate data
  • Coordinate with the Asia Pacific team to update event calendars and business reports
  • Support event logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, audiovisual equipment, and signage
  • Provide onsite support during events, ensuring a seamless experience for guests
  • Assist with post-event activities, such as updating attendee lists and preparing communications
  • Support the creation of brand and marketing materials, including social media, online and below-the-line collaterals to drive awareness on the brand, products and services
Requisitos

To be successful you will need: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Prior experience in marketing or event coordination preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a desire to learn
