We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Operations Manager, Banking Operations.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Manage and monitor the performance of onshore and offshore sites with quality output and service turnaround times and provide coaching as needed including maintaining effective MI to enable ongoing evaluation and work with GSC for future development strategy
  • Attend Court Affirmation process
  • Customer & Official Enquiry (eg. receive and provide physical documentation to law firms and government bodies)
  • Handling Customer Relations and enquiry
  • Contribute to the financial control of the department
  • Manage the Business Recovery Plan, drills and required documentation update
  • Projects delivery on-time and SMEs released to support change
Requisitos

To be successful you will need

  • Subject Matter Expert on banking account servicing and operations
  • Good capability in coping with large quantity requests and tight deadlines
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
  • Attend incident investigation review and remediation meeting when required
  • Lead projects in operations
  • You are expected to carry out his/her duties independently with minimum supervision in pursuit of operating and strategic objectives
  • You are expected to drive changes, conduct regular process review to improve operational efficiency, process streamlining, and customer experience strategies
