In this role, you will:
• Have a strong network of external Digital, International Education, golf, lifestyle partners, with a deep understanding of strengths and weaknesses of different channels
• Develop national acquisition key channels, build up relationship with new national & digital channels
• Work with and onboard appropriate national partners, ensure delivery against agreed alignment and journey designs
• Work with BDM and CDM from different regions to ensure clear and effective frontline training of new partners
• Post implementation, review results from data, frontline and client feedback to understand effectiveness and future enhancement opportunity
• Take a proactive role to work closely with salespeople needs and requirements to transfer sales skills and be able to work and influence Team leaders and sales team to ensure business goal achievement.
• Ensuring development of new and existing customer relationships.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1. Knowledge and experience
• Proven ability in mobile sales / channel developing and maintaining
Current product/market knowledge
• Excellent customer service skills
• Managerial experience
• At least 3 years’ experience in supervisory role of sales function
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and motivation skills
• Strong sales and organization ability and problem-solving skills
• Result driven and able to work under pressure
• Good spoken and written English

• Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications as required by market
