We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Sales Quality Manager - IWPB BRR UTILITY HBCN SQ.
Principal responsibilities
Managing the day-to-day activities, including case review, MI, reporting and collaborating with SQ onshore team by ensuring that priority are addressed and ensuring the relevant training and support is provided.
Communicating relevant information to key stakeholders locally.
Identifying issues and risks and escalating those appropriately.
Managing and enhancing relationships with appropriate internal contacts to ensure that best practice, issues, concerns and learning points are shared and fed back to appropriate parties.
Identifying opportunities to continuously improve the service provided, referring to senior management where appropriate.
Other activities assigned by line manager.
At least 6 years’ experience in a variety of banking areas and functions.
Appropriate local certifications for Sales/Risk roles preferable.
Qualification in Financial Planning preferable.
Good knowledge of information and data security, Asset and Wealth management, Financial Services/industry/products/regulation with a strong risk sense.
Communicate at all levels with confidence (written and verbal).
Good working knowledge of banking systems related to sales/ operation and project management.
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of sales compliance and regulatory requirements and application in a holistic planning approach.
Good organizational skills and the ability to understand urgency and prioritization when required.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
