We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Assistant Vice President Campaign Management
Role Purpose:
The role holder will lead specific products/ campaigns/ channels in MNL WPB, including full profit and loss responsibility. This opportunity focuses on business growth by ensuring all levers (including but not limited to pricing, campaigns, marketing, competitor analytics, online, new products, channel and funnel management) are utilised to deliver quality acquisition and growth in HSBC’s target market.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Lead the formulation, development, management and execution of strategies and campaigns for customer acquisition. Key responsibilities include achievement of KPIs and management of Profit and Loss
- Manage multiple campaigns across channels and partners with the goal of optimizing for growth, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency
- Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of a management information, analysis and reporting framework that supports and informs timely and effective business management and decision making at all levels
- Utilize data to identify areas for improvement in performance
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive and navigate strategies to achieve business goals, while complying with internal processes and guidelines
- Develop and recommend changes and improvements to operating models, procedures and practices based on subject matter expertise and understanding of HSBC and market best practice
- Ensure process and terms and conditions meet the regulatory requirements, fair value to consumer and safeguard the campaign strategy as well as to contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the application of policies, governance frameworks, procedures, practices and standards to ensure quality, effective risk management and regulatory compliance
- Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets. Responsibility includes acquisition, capital optimisation, risk-based pricing and responsible lending
- Encourage and enable constructive cross-business teamwork by demonstrating collaboration and matrix management in action and challenging actions and behaviours that are not consistent with HSBC's diversity policy and/or the best interests of the business and its customers
- Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the application of policies, governance frameworks, procedures, practices and standards to ensure quality, effective risk management and regulatory compliance
- Communicate and adhere to HSBC policy and procedures in order to ensure good operational, financial and project management, policy and procedural compliance and early identification and effective resolution or escalation of issues that arise
- Comply with the Marketing Process, Marketing Guidelines and Marketing FIM

Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- With working experience in Digital Marketing, Campaign Management or Acquisition
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and practices agile ways of working
- Strong business acumen especially in Retail Banking
- Strong leadership, project management and partner management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others
- Strong communication, analytical and multi-tasking skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven and with passion in innovation to deliver incremental value to the business
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be at least a Bachelor’s Degree holder
- Proficient in MS Excel
