We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President, Client Profiling Analyst.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Manage the onboarding, periodic and trigger event reviews for individuals, trust, private investment companies, and operating business customers (i.e.. High net worth and complex structures)
  • Manage periodic reviews and remediation exercises.  Monitor progress and customer response and ensure adherence to timeline
  • Corroborate on the Source of Wealth and Source of Fund for insurance applicants in accordance with the prevailing prescribed line of business procedures and guidelines
  • Perform ‘subject matter expert’ (SME) management review of high net worth, complex structure clients and distribution experience
  • Provide regular management information (MI) on reviews and best practices
  • Maintain procedure manuals for ‘Customer Due Diligence’ & ‘Know Your Customer’ for onboarding, periodic and trigger event reviews
  • Participate in new process implementations aligning to Line of Business Procedures of HSBC
  • Manage and articulate audit findings from internal and external auditors and regulators
Requisitos

To be successful you will need

  • To be well versed in ‘Know Your Customers’ review requirements (individuals, trust, private investment companies, and operating business customers)
  • Excellent business communication skills in English.  Ability to communicate effectively and confidently across cultures in the organisation
  • Good planning and organizational skills with strong time management and ability to prioritize
  • Methodical and lateral thinking and can work under minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage data extraction, Management Information (MI) analytics, investigate issues and solve compliance abnormalities
  • Experience in relationship management and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
