We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President - MSS RUBIX.
Principal responsibilities
- Work with the PM and Business to understand and define requirements for all allocated projects
- Be the gatekeeper for all features and products that exist or have been prioritized within the Portfolio
- Drive the creation of user journeys, data flows, process flows based on the client requirements
- Champion cross-pod collaboration, to ensure any dependencies (such as data sourcing) are on track for delivery, mitigating any risk to the client commitment
- Manage the agile artefacts supporting the delivery work stream such as the epics, stories, and acceptance criteria
- Support the PO through independent management of risks, issues and delivery timelines
- Be able to define test cases and scenarios (regression and performance) with a view to supporting manual execution where required
- Be enthusiastic about learning new technologies and support the early adoption of Data and Digital Solution
- Promote the core values of: collaboration; continuous improvement and constructive challenges to ensure we are doing the ""right"" things.
- Strong analytical skills to support performing gap analysis, root cause analysis and dissecting client requirements, to ensure delivery of the most optimal solution.
- Confidence to ask questions and challenge in the right way to ensure the correct priorities are being delivered.
- Adaption to fast changing environment and comfortable to work with stakeholders globally.
- Highly motivated self-starter with proven ability to work collaboratively within teams and to deliver on time.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
