We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President, Mortgage Sales.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Proactively acquire new mortgage customers through property agents, brokers, developer launches, lawyers and HSBC’s internal channels
  • Promote cross-sell opportunities to NTB and existing clients
  • Conduct mortgage advisory sessions to understand customers’ financial needs
  • Provide professional advice on HSBC mortgage packages and rates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers and ferral networks
  • Attend property launches, roadshows and marketing events to generate new leads
  • Ensure all sales activities are conducted in full compliance with MAS regulations and HSBC internal policies
  • Maintain and conduct proper documentation and KYC , disclosure and suitability assessments
Requisitos

To be successful you will need

  • 2 years’ mortgage sales experience in a bank or financial institution with strong sales track record
  • Strong understanding of Singapore mortgage products, pricing and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent sales drive and negotiation skills
  • Customer centric with ability to build long term relationships
  • Independent, self-motivated and results oriented
  • Good teamwork to collaborate with internal stakeholders
