We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant WPB Insurance Manager.

Principal responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively internally with key business stakeholders on business planning, management and reporting
  • Support in insurance business plan and strategies and act as the champion for insurance initiatives for branch channel to drive insurance business goals
  • Develop and execute insurance channel initiatives to drive insurance business goals
  • Drive sales boosters and sales engagement initiatives to draw sales focus and build internal awareness for insurance business
  • Facilitate a smooth and effective communication with sales channels by coordinating regular collaboration meetings/ discussions
  • Support presentations/ briefings to sales teams and insurance teams, with tailormade message formulations to different groups of audiences
  • Assist the team in handling inquiries from channel regarding insurance initiatives 
Requisitos
  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience with exposure to banking/ insurance industry
  • Knowledge of insurance product is highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure
  • Well versed in MS Office, including Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
