We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Delivery Management Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

•   Define and drive the execution of transformational strategic initiatives, with a focus on Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE) and strategic tooling to drive Agile maturity and embed ways of operating
•   Drive the development of the GPB&W Technology Operating Model to support the future state, including organisational design, process optimization, Agile adoption and technology governance 
•   Drive achievement of strategic and business goals through robust analysis of CIO Pillar performance, using internal and external information sources
•   Actively participate in and support ad hoc projects, including strategic reviews, planning, management information (MI), accountability and governance
•   Support CIO Pillar OKR setting and performance management activities
•   Be a ‘trusted advisor’ to senior leadership and stakeholders by identifying opportunities, constructively challenging conventional thinking, and ensuring the customer and employee outcomes shape the design to prioritise and drive the execution of their change needs 
•   Ensure that the GPB&W Technology Transformation mission statement/vision, plans and outcomes are communicated effectively across the organization and to key stakeholders
•   Support change management and culture change agenda, including People and Communications initiatives
•   Support senior management in developing and refining strategic and tactical initiatives to achieve top priorities and long-term objectives
•   Partner with the leadership team to continuously improve performance scorecard alignment to strategic priorities
•   Investigate and seek remedies for discrete issues which may be adversely affecting performance
•   Work closely with GPB&W Leadership team to identify focus areas to drive delivery performance, alignment to TOM, service resilience, adoption of new technologies and Agile WOO and other key priorities
•   Support internal staff communications and engagement activities
•   Act as a change agent and take the lead in key projects, as may be assigned from time to time
•   Ensure adherence to external regulations and internal guidelines
•   Effective time and resource management, given the unpredictable demands of the role and within a high pressure working environment
•   Obtaining buy-in from senior management and key stakeholders who may have differing objectives and priorities
•   Developing and sustaining a meaningful understanding of CIO Pillar service lines, processes, and systems as well as the external operating environment and industry trends, in order to value-add to strategic management decisions
•   Managing change brought about by new technologies

Requisitos

    •   A good university degree with at least 5 - 10 years of relevant work experience
    •   Previous experience in managing strategic change and/or organizational transformation programmes (at least 5 years)
    •   Previous experience in formulating Technology strategy and operating models (at least 5 years)
    •   Previous experience in Agile ways of operating (at least 2 to 3 years)
    •   Possesses well developed communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to building trust and solid working relationships with senior management and other stakeholders
    •   Possesses strong data analysis skills 
    •   Ideally possess the ability to build complex data analysis queries using data tools such as PowerBI or EasyBI
