We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Delivery Management

In this role you will

  • Contribute to the shaping of the Risk & Control book of work, across Operational, Vendor and Key Delivery Risks, with a focus of open and upcoming GRAS items and with a focus on GCIO metrics and strategy

  • Ability to recognize and highlight risks across the Technology Value Stream portfolio

  • Ensure that senior management is kept up to date with all progress, challenges, issues and ongoing work in the Risk and Control space

  • Provide support and guidance to IWPB Technology Value Stream Leadership and provide a channel for sharing information and prioritisation of work

  • Build and maintain relationships within IWPB Technology, CCO, Cyber, CTO etc to cultivate program support and awareness

  • Build and maintain relationships with senior management to ensure they are fully briefely

  • Establish the Technology Risk Control Book for one or more Technology Value Streams and manage it’s coordination, delivery and reporting

  • Build appropriate MI and communications channels to support the delivery of this book of work

  • Challenge, where necessary, work requirements where they are either unfit for purpose or are not being approached in a manner that is beneficial to the business

  • Ability to communicate and input into various Risk forums and ability to co-ordinate and input into Helios items

Requisitos

  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, especially with senior stakeholders in Business & IT, and ability to build strong relationships
  • Be open to new Ways of Working
  • Have experience of managing multi-disciplined, multi-location teams to timelines
  • Be able to work in an unstructured and changing environment and be able to manage changing priorities and to pivot on strategy and priorities when business needs arise

  • Have good knowledge of fire drill management
  • Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Be open and able to mentoring and supporting colleagues
  • Be familiar with IWPB technologies and Vendor managements and risks
