We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities ：
? The role also acts as the IT Project Manger to provide fund sales core system and finance operation core systems day-to-day support & maintenance, new feature delivery, and process management for business entities; managing and/or coordinating technology implementations across IT project deliveries through collaboration.
? The role acts as owner of IT systems, and oversights the processes mandantory to HSBC IT service, such as change management, incident management, infrastructur provisioning, logging & monitoring, identity management, SDLC & deployment, and ad-hoc requests.
? The role’s also in charge of the internal/external documentation and filing relevant to core business and important systems. Take responsibility of documentation preparation and control remediation during&after external/internal IT audit, and continue to enhance the compliance and security of IT system and processes.
Requisitos
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications：
? Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
? At least 15 years of working experience in IT system delivery and project management, especially profound knowledge of Fund Sales related systems and finance operation systems is a must.
? Strong understanding of IT processes of change management, incident management, On-Prem/Cloud infrastructure provisioning, logging & monitoring, identity management, system deployment and so on.
? Strong knowledge of filing to external institutions to support core business and IT systems, such as ICP, EDI, China Cyber Bureau, MPLS, etc. Some knowledge of financial regulatory reporting such as EAST/EAST2 is preferred.
? Strong knowledge of both external and internal IT audit to important systems, such as core business system, core finance system, are much preferred.
? Strong communication and problem-solving skills with experience cross-functional teams’ collaboration.
