We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director Software Engineering Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

  • Architect and deliver platform solutions that support CI/CD, release orchestration, configuration management, and environment automation.
  • Lead the development of internal tools using Python (backend) and React/TypeScript (frontend), and other necessary languages.
  • Implement scalable DevOps solutions using GCP, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible.
  • Work closely with application teams to identify pain points and build reusable platform capabilities.
  • Contribute to the long-term platform roadmap, guiding decisions on architecture, tooling, and best practices.
  • Mentor engineers and set engineering standards for platform reliability, scalability, and usability.
  • Stay current with industry trends and drive innovation — especially in applying AI to developer platforms and DevOps workflows.
    Requisitos
    • 15+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time spent in DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering roles.
    • Proven experience designing and building internal platforms, developer tooling, or CI/CD pipelines at scale.
    • Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience in building modern web applications using React/TypeScript.
    • Expertise in cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred) and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
    • Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, and related ecosystems.
    • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Comfortable leading cross-functional technical discussions and mentoring other engineers.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into internal tooling.
    • Contributions to open-source projects in the platform or DevOps space.
    • Prior experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare) is a plus.
