We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering Specialist.

Business: Enterprise Technology L3

Principal responsibilities

Stakeholder Management:

  • Develop and execute a robust stakeholder management strategy to build trust and engagement.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, address concerns, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Product Marketing and Adoption:

  • Create and implement a comprehensive product marketing strategy to promote Apex’s value proposition to business users.
  • Drive product adoption through targeted communication campaigns, success stories, and user engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor Apex adoption metrics, gather feedback, and continuously improve user satisfaction.

Advocacy and Communication:

  • Lead communication efforts to advocate for Treasury Technology’s vision, goals, and achievements.
  • Develop compelling narratives and materials to showcase the impact of Treasury Tech initiatives to internal and external audiences.

Organizational Transformation:

  • Champion a shift towards a product-focused, customer-centric mindset, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Lead the adoption of product-oriented methodologies, agile practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead strategic transformation initiatives across the wider organization (e.g., ET/FinEX) to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.

Strategic Leadership:

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on Treasury Technology initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, contributing to the development of long-term strategies and priorities.
Requisitos
  • 10+ years IT industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Finance, or a related field.
  • Think strategically, but stay on top of tactical execution.
  • Deep expertise in Agile and Lean principles, with in-depth knowledge of DevSecOps practices.
  • Proven track record experience in leading digital transformation in big organization
  • Strong digital and product mindset and be able to develop the same within organization.
  • Solid understanding of cloud technologies, big data, and modern technology stacks.
  • Finance domain knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
