We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Associate Director, Software Engineering Specialist.

Principal responsibilities :

•    Manage and oversee the DevOps team and related projects. Lead AWS Cloud and on-prem infrastructure setup for applications.
•    Design, build, and maintain a stable and efficient Cloud infrastructure across production, UAT, and development environments.
•    Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve building, packaging, and deployment processes.
•    Implement automated Cloud infrastructure capabilities (e.g., backups, security tools, monitoring).
•    Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement of products and services.
•    Work closely with the stakeholders to ensure governance, project delivery and infrastructure architecture requirements are met. Ensuring Operational and compliance activities are undertaken, and remediation actions planned for services.
•    Ensure best practice is followed throughout development and operations.
•    Making sure the platform is highly available at all times.
•    Lead governance process for new project delivery.
•    Incident, Change, Problem management.
•    Service Governance for Compliance, Regulatory and Cyber Risks.
•    Service Compliance for OS Patching, Vulnerabilities and Evergreening Issues.
•    Application and Infrastructure optimization.
•    Service Improvement via toil removal.
•    Certificate ownership and governance.
•    Service Resiliency reviews and governance.

Requisitos

Requirements:

•    Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferred master degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
•    Proven track record of cloud project delivery; experience of designing and constructing AWS cloud infrastructure.
•    Experience in integration with on-prem infrastructure (IHS/Liberty/MQ) as well as other cloud application systems
•    Advanced AWS ECS /EKS knowledge and other AWS resources knowledge.
•    Good understanding of Linux OS, Middleware knowledge, especially, MQ, IHS, Liberty.
•    Exposure to service transition to move newly build services to live smoothly.
•    Experience on Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
•    Extensive experience in production support.
•    Proven exposure to smoothly running DR/Roleswap activities for owned services.
•    Exposure Cert maintenance and renewals, coordinating infrastructure patching & evergreening, vulnerabilities remediation.
•    Infrastructure maintenance and management exposure.
•    Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
•    Excellent teamwork skills - Works collaboratively with teammates to provide the cloud capability/skills and on-prem server knowledge required to deliver the service.
•    Experience of operating in a highly regulated industry (e.g. financial services).
•    Experience of working in an Agile Scrum & DevOps environment including knowledge of scrum management tools (e.g. Jira).
•    Experience with governance process such as EHC, Datavisa, cybersecurity request, Archer, external audit independent assessment etc.
•    Experience with system BRETT,SCOTT,ASR,ODS etc.
