We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering.

Business: Emerging Technology

Principal responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Accountable of the end-to-end AI solution delivery, leveraging the AI platform and reusable service to buildup scale up solution for each project
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Task Management: Oversee task assignments, prioritize workloads, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the pod and other teams or stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.
  • Problem Solving: Address challenges and roadblocks, offering solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Skill Development: Mentor team members, fostering growth and enhancing technical and professional skills.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the team's output meets established standards and aligns with project requirements.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor team performance and project milestones, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Requisitos
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
  • 8 years or more experience Banking system solution delivery, act as project manager or product manager.
  • Expert in Agile SDLC methodology, familiar with Agile toolkits and Agile process. Five Years plus experience.
  • Experience of AI/ML delivery projects. LLM project experience is nice to have.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI/LLM; experience of related applications such as prompt engineering, RAG, and agents is a plus.
  • Extensive Banking Domain Knowledge, such as FX, Equities, Securities, etc
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good English proficiency, willing to work with overseas teams.
