We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Technology Management

Principal responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead and oversee the delivery of digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, define project goals, and establish clear project objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and analysts to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Agile Methodologies: Implement and promote agile practices, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all digital deliverables meet quality standards and align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, performance metrics, and deliverables to senior management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in digital delivery.
Requisitos
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in digital project management or a similar role.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of digital technologies and platforms, with the ability to translate technical requirements into business objectives.
  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Confluence and etc...
  • Agile Expertise: Experience in implementing agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successful risk management and issue resolution.
  • Budgeting Skills: Experience in managing project budgets and ensuring financial accountability.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certifications (Optional): PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or similar certifications are a plus.
