Role - Associate Director Technology Management

We are revolutionizing how we deliver workforce insights to our business. By implementing modern, scalable, and future-proof HR Data services, we aim to provide comprehensive HR reporting and insights across the Bank. These new services will offer seamless access to both complete source data sets and aggregated data from multiple HR sources, supporting enhanced automation and AI/Machine Learning-based insights.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead a team through technological transformation and team development

  • Enhance and optimise operational processes

  • Provide thought leadership

  • Partner with HR Workforce Strategy and Insights teams as a trusted advisor

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and strategies

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality services

Requisitos

To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Over 15  years of experience in data insights, reporting, and analytics

  • Experience managing global and diverse teams

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Solid understanding of data modelling, warehousing, and performance optimisation

  • Experience in designing, developing, and optimising data pipelines using Azure Databricks, PySpark, and Prophecy

  • Proficiency in delivering business insights using PowerBI

  • Preferably experience working with Anaplan

  • Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
