We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate, Market Integration.

Principal Responsibilities 

  • Be embedded alongside delivery teams to support the timely usage of features and functionality to our customers. This role family works alongside local markets and Transformation to ensure business operations and customers are ready to consume digital and regulatory change
  • Collaborate and drive the change implementation activities within region / market, including business readiness assessment (i.e. avoiding multiple change clashes), implementation pilot (including approach and checklists) and actual implementation (including reporting status and issues)
  • Manage the people aspect of change, in particular looking to maximise adoption and usage, and minimise resistance
  • Apply structured change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
  • Develop detailed change plans to track progress
  • Develop clear and concise communication materials (emails/release notes) to varying audiences, ranging from senior stakeholders, within WCL Services and end users
  • Experienced with data visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Experienced with project management tools such as Jira/confluence
  • Be able to create summary docs from elaborate design, project/process documents and confluence pages
  • Ability to analyze data sets using advanced excel techniques/ other analytical tool
Requisitos
  • Credit and Lending experience
  • Basic understanding of C&L operations and key systems
  • Role Family experience recommended
  • Exposure to responsibilities associated to the role family
  • Transformation experience recommended
  • Has experience of working on change programmes
  • Evidence of self-development across a number of disciplines
  • Industry recognized technical certifications desired i.e. Test Management, Agile, Black Belt – Six Sigma
  • Strong command of English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is highly preferred
