- University degree / Associate degree holders; or HKCEE / HKDSE holders
Minimum 1.5 years direct sales experience in banking industry. Applicants from any financial services firm, including insurance or independent financial advisory will also be considered
- Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications (IIQE Paper 1, 2 and 3 is a must whereas HKSI Paper 1, 7 and 8 is preferred) and fulfil the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Regulator
- Strong service and sales orientation, self-motivated with good communication skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
- High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
- Ability to manage complex interactions effectively
- Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment
