We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Software Engineering Manager.

Principal responsibilities
- Maintain close relationship with all IT stakeholders and provide support to the program activities across business and technology teams.
- Ensure high quality standard and on time delivery under Agile methodology.
- Responsible for technical development tasks by using Java/React/Angular to create Micro Service/API on AWS platform.
- Responsible for Integration Test, System Test and UAT support.
- Responsible for automating the continuous integration / continuous delivery pipeline within a DevOps Product/Service team driving a culture of continuous improvement
- Align with HSBC DevOps standard and provide support to DevOps teams working at all stages of a product or service release/change.
Requisitos
- 3+ years' IT software engineering experience of software developments with Agile methodologies.
- At least three years’ relevant experience in solution design area.
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written English & Mandarin.
- Knowledge in micro-service, API design is essential.
- Excellent technical experience in Java programming, with hands on experience on using Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security etc.) for application development.
- Solid knowledge of cloud platform and the use of Docker, Kubernetes.
- Solid experience on automated build, test automation, CI/CD tools to accelerate DevOps change in the team.
- Solid skills of analytical and problem solving, able to drive independently, proactively and under pressure against multiple deadlines.
- Business knowledge in life insurance domain will be an advantage.
