We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate Support Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Contributes to efficient management of Commercial Insurance & Investment (I&I) through proper planning, co-ordination, and execution of all administrative and internal operational matters for I&I and Business Management Team as well as effective collaboration with stakeholders
  • Provide Administrative and Secretarial support to Head of I&I, Head of Product Proposition and Director, Commercial Insurance
  • Engages proactively in stakeholder management and acts as an interactive interface between I&I and Segments and external parties to enable effective and efficient communications and co-operations
  • Manage and lead the control of I&I SharePoint, periodically review contents to ensure relevant sales data, documents are updated timely
  • Represents I&I to critically review operational/ internal guidelines and suggest ways to enhance team operational efficiency. Identify and escalates unresolved or complicated internal operational issues and problems to I&I management for review and action
  • Document management including disseminating information, drafting presentation and filing
  • Handling periodic and ad hoc reports, returns requirement within specified timeline
Requisitos
  • Associate degree or Higher Diploma or HKCEE / HKDSE holder, less academically qualified candidates with relevant work experience will also be considered
  • Proven experience in supporting, communicating, and providing executive assistance to Senior Management in a financial institution or multinational company, with proven ability to demonstrate absolute integrity and judgment in handling sensitive / confidential matters
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Be confident in dealing with stakeholders and build a network of colleagues to ensure constant efficiency is maintained
