Wealth and Personal Banking serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Associate Vice President Insurance Product and Project.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, overseeing and leading business projects from ideation through to completion, including but not limited to all Insurance Digital Projects.
- Responsible for supporting the business activities of the strategy, business development & performance division relating to new business initiatives, strategic planning, data management, and coordination of organizational wide operational work plan development and delivery.
- Providing information by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analysis and answering questions and requests.
- Working together with related parties to drive sales and marketing of insurance products.
- Responsible for digital project and any strategic project to drive the business of insurance products.
- Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to help Bancassurance business take actionable steps to improve its performance and meet goals
Postulación
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree (S1).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in bancassurance or insurance, preferably under business development, performance or insurance product and marketing.
- Proficiency in English, Microsoft excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills to with different teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive, able to work under pressure and result oriented.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and presentation skills.
