We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Tech SME/Lead Consultant Specialist


In this role, you will:

  • End- to-end accountable for Automation targets in Oracle Fusion ensuring timely delivery of outputs by working closely with business, technology and leadership teams
  • Understanding of Oracle Fusion workflow and intricacies is a must. Create innovative solutions to manual toil embedded in the process.
  • Lead and manage various initiatives like test automation, adoption, reporting across PODs in fusion technology.
  • Plan and manage engineering excellence DORA metrics plans for improvement
  • Identify and create automated health checks across Oracle tech stack working closely with Oracle technology.
  • Ensuring governance, process improvement by facilitating & reporting status are followed.
  • BTech/MTech (Preferred STEM stream)
Requisitos

To be successful in this role, meet all or some of following requirements.

  • Minimum Work Experience: 12-15 years
  • TOSCA, Python, Oracle Fusion OICS/OAC, other automation tooling
  • Proven experience of delivering Engineering focussed automation initiatives in ORcle technology  
  • Experience with agile methodologies and working as scrum master. Proven record of working in a collaborative environment with technology and cross functional business teams. Effective leader as well as team player with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency. Strong communication skills coupled with presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical & non-technical stakeholders. Candidate should be able to lead and track book of work deliveries, prioritise requirements, track schedule independently and present periodic status to management.
  • Understanding of Oracle Fusion workflow and intricacies is a must. Create innovative solutions to manual toil embedded in the process.

  • Good understanding of “Oracle Fusion” or any other ERP’s technical and functional components and business process flow.
  • Risk identification, risk reporting and devising interventions to mitigating risks. Budget management and forecasting of project demand.
  • Experience in management of external service providers and vendor management. Ensure adherence to standard controls and drives teams to achieve compliance, framework and controls.
