The key accountability of this role is to driving and optimizingthe end to end onboaridng process within digital channel. These channels may be for retail, business or commercial customers. The role of digital advisor requires a strong collaoration across business and technology teams to ensure aficiiency compliance, and seamless client experience.

            Lead the onboarding process for the digital channel, ensuring minimal turnaround times and operational efficiency.

            Design and implement process improvements to further digitalize onboarding workflows.

            Identify and engage key stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and alignment across functions.

            Provide updates to IT and ensure all onboarding processes are properly documented and standardized.

            Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer to all areas involved in the onboarding journey.

            Continuously monitor and assess onboarding practices, proposing enhancements to improve scalability and client satisfaction.

            Strong knowledge of digital transformation and process improvement methodologies.

            Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

            Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and drive change effectively.

            Strong organizational and documentation skills

Requisitos

·       Act as a subject matter expert adiving best practices in digital onboaridng and process automation

·       Partner with custiners enperience teans to enhace the overall onboaridng journey and increase lient satisfation

·       Support change managemt initiatives to foster adoption of new digital tools and tecnologies across organization

·       Develop dashboardif and reports to track performance metrics idneify bottlenecks and propose corrective actions

·       Provide continuos updates to IT esuring all process are properly documented ans standarized across business units
