We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist


In this role, you will:

  • We are looking for a skilled and experienced Board developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Board international application, infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native DevOps practices. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and infrastructure to support our applications and services.
  • Board application tool management including development and support.
  • Board application installation and configuration.
  • License key generation and configuration for board application.
  • Release management for board application.
  • End-to -End application maintenance and enhancements management handling.
  • Production support including on-call support as required.
  • IT service management with and incident management.
  • Infrastructure and application support for third party vendor application.
  • Documentation of requirements and other project specific with tools like jira, confluence, etc..
  • Access management for the application with tools windows Active Directory.
  • Timely adherence to all the HSBC controls that are applied to the service.
  • You will set out a vision and roadmap for your platform while engaging with customers, stakeholders and users to understand their perspectives and feedback.
  • You will be a product and agile evangelist organizing around value and lean principles.
  • You will need to get the root of technology challenges, understand them and chart a solution using the people, tools and resources available to you.
  • Service resilience activities like Backup and disaster Recovery Testing.
  • Understanding the business requirements and delivering the output.
  • Documentation which would be useful for audit purpose.
  • Control-M on boarding and monitoring the batch jobs.
Requisitos

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Experience in Board application tool knowledge.
  • Experience with End-to-End infrastructure for service
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Process-oriented with great documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service
  • Linux Fundamentals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology.
  • 10+ years of experience in windows administration, Infrastructure and Board development, or related roles.
  • Work on cutting-edge cloud technologies and DevOps practices.
  • Collaborative and innovative work environment.
