In this role you will:
- Guarantee a pleasant smiling and professional welcome to client, reflecting a good image of the Bank while respecting client Reception procedures.
- Have a neat dress code and presentation
- Manage the Client rooms reservation program and HR appointments in place at QDB, both clients and future candidates are welcome by the entrance Quai des Bergues.
- On request via email, we accept client visits outside opening hours of the Bank and ensure follow up of late customer departures.
- Answer the phone and act like an operator, to ensure quality follow up and service and respond favorably to the expectations our Clients.
- Monitoring of the cleanliness of the Client rooms, the service of drinks and hospitality products.
- Monitoring of the cleanliness of the Client toilets with JLL (hand cream, sponge towels…)
- Interaction with Catering: due to your solid experience in the Hotel and Catering industry, you will provide support for serving customer meals, setting up or clearing and will participate in events organized within the Bank as necessary.
- Know and bring our knowledge of IT tools in our meeting rooms, (preparation Zoom in advance, login issues for example)
- Transmit information’s to colleagues to provide efficient logistical support to our Client and enable the Bank’s activities to take place in the best conditions.
- Ensure that the occupants of the building comply with the internal security instructions, inform their manager the report in the event of a security related incident by referring to established processes and provide logistical support during evacuation.
- Operational Risk : the need to be aware of the operational risk scenarios associated with its function and to ensure that any action taken during his engagement with the Bank takes into a potential risk may arise therefrom.
- Solid experience in Hotel & Catering industry
- Excellent customer contact, sense of developing service and being proactive in responding to customers’ requests.
- Flexible, cheerful personality with a well-groomed appearance, ease of integration in a small Team.
- Language: French, English and any other language is an asset.
- Computer Science: Word, Excel, Outlook. Used to Resource Scheduler tool for reservations
- Due to immigration restrictions in Switzerland we will only be able to consider applications from Swiss or EU citizens or from candidates holding a valid Swiss work permit.
