We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Business Analyst.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Define requirements for a Global Private Banking content distribution tool, while supporting the delivery of various AI initiatives within the digital team
  • Supporting E2E delivery of multiple digital products throughout the various stages of product lifecycle, coordinating between business stakeholders, 2LOD and technology teams to complete delivery and drive adoption / commercialization
  • Responsible for liaison and alignment with wider business stakeholders across various Global Private Banking functions, such as CIO, IWS, and Proposition for organizational alignment. Collaboration with key business stakeholders to build solutions that will drive customer growth, propensity sales leads and business success
  • Promote digital commercialization and drive engagement required for the implementation of various AI tools, across various markets and applications
  • Tracking of overall adoption upon of launched tools, enabling further content distribution and outreach to our regional staff and clients
Requisitos

To be successful you will need

  • Strong product management and business analyst skills focused on digital banking and AI with technical knowledge of Private Banking and investments
  • Strong analytical background and proven ability in analytical rigor, including being able to contextualize data into business activities
  • Strong customer centricity and proven track record of building successful customer centric teams and delivering positive customer outcomes
  • Experience of operating with multi geography teams in Retail, Premier & International Banking
  • Background in effective customer engagement in a digital/mobile environment, turning customer insights/feedback into tangible customer engagements
  • Strong knowledge of the external environment – regulatory, political, competitors, innovation etc
  • Strong analytical and cost management skills
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
