We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Lead Business Analyst

In this role, you will

  • Analytical thinking and ability to document information in clear, concise and structured manner
  • Ownership of the functional deliveries
  • Liaising with FCM and Business User to get the sign-off
  • Owning the acceptance testing and User sign-off process
  • Prepare Solution proposals with Clear Choice and getting them approved in Design Review Forum.
  • Respond to user queries in timely fashion involving production.
  • Comprehend and translate complex and advanced functional, technical and business requirements into clear and concise specifications.
  • Managing the pool of Business Analysts and lead in user engagements
  • Coordinate with upstream applications to meet the end to end delivery timelines
Requisitos

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Must have good understanding and experience in OTC Derivative products
  • Must have experience in Counterparty Credit Risk
  • Must have experience in Credit Valuation Adjustments
  • Must have experience in General Ledger Reconciliation
  • Must have worked on Front to Back data flow in an Investment Bank
  • A proven track record in Data Quality and Data Governance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal
  • Effective communication skills
  • Must have worked in Agile Development before
  • High levels of enthusiasm and a desire to deliver the best quality products possible along with maintaining very high service levels
  • Strong SQL skills to analyze the data
  • Knowledge of effective delivery practices within an agile/scrum delivery cycle
  • Good problem-solving skills

Additional Skills

  • Exposure to Moodys’s Calculation tool is a big plus
  • Excellent data management and analysis skills, capable of manipulating big data sets
  • Exposure to Basel II/Basel III, Credit Risk, CoRep is a great value
  • Understanding on Leverage exposure calculations.
  • Prior experience in risk reporting engagements is an additional plus
  • Exposure to multiple ETL technologies is a plus
