Responsibility:

• Facilitate onboard clients under Agri SME Domain across sectors – Food Processing, Dairy, Poultry, Ginning, Agri Storage / Warehousing, etc. and for PAN India.
• WC / TL note writing - Lead end to end responsibilities for note writing-query resolution-limit approval-monitoring.
• Coordinate with sales RM for roll out, onboarding etc, WMR team for effectively resolving queries, get approvals and agree upon overall checks etc, Coordinate with IBU for PSL guidelines etc.
• Coordinate with external agencies – Govt agencies, Business Correspondents, Fintechs etc
• Effectively design and monitor portfolio checks to maintain quality portfolio. Take appropriate actions and liaison for all regulatory requirements.
• Contribute towards initiatives on digitization, product improvements etc.

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Credit / Evaluation of SMEs in Agri SME Business Domain across the country. Through understanding of business models across Agri sectors, government schemes & implementation and zeal to build high growth business. To work jointly with BB Business team and
• Education: CA / MBA
• Agri Product & Industry knowledge.
• Good understanding of B/Sheet, Ratios, Bank Statement analysis, CIBIL/Other regulatory checks etc required for note writing and approvals.
• Ability to identify risks.
• Solution oriented approach to facilitate quick turnaround while managing risk.

Additional Information

• Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
• The GCB 5 or GCB 4  will be offered depending on the selected candidate's skill and relevant experience
