Business: COO IT 

Principal responsibilities 

•  Establish and maintain common standards across the IT COO Community
•  Provide consistent and standardized services commonly applied across Technology 
•  Increase productivity through tooling and automating repetitive tasks and processes
•  Provide transparency of data, assumptions, processes, reporting and services
•  Provide COO Technology solutions that are fit for purpose
•  Be part of a overall team to mitigate risks
•  Collectively contribute to maintain cost discipline
•  Lead transformation

Requisitos

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications 

The scope covers third party management activities within IT COO. It includes, providing inputs for strategy formulation, managing projects within Third Party space, vendor governance, reporting and analytics, change management and transformation. 

- Represent Technology Center China for Vendor Management & Governance of 82 active vendors
- Responsible for Third Party Risk Assessment in Archer which entails completion of assessment and tasks in archer with reference to performance assessment
- Responsible for Supporting Tail vendor Optimization Program in collaboration with Procurement
- Be part of an overall team to review and maintain Fixed Price, T&M, T&M SoW, Hardware, Software engagements
- Responsible for tracking of GB/GF concerns and escalations with issue resolution.
- Implement and maintain vendor performance dashboard, ensure vendor partners understands and aligned to the measurements given
- Lead and execute Global and Regional strategic initiatives
- Manage team / resources to ensure TPEM activities are carried out with quality and timeliness
- Prepare and Host Business Reviews representing HTC with Vendor Partners, ensuring actions are executed with expected results
- Facilitate Global ESG-Supplier Code of Conduct internal audit

• Stakeholder Management - Work with multiple senior stakeholders and their teams on a diverse range of topics in the third party space. Interfacing with GB/GFs to resolve any queries in the third party space.

• Project Management - Responsible for driving the projects end to end which includes planning, scoping, schedule and communication with various stakeholders.

• Business Analysis – Understand the high level stakeholder requirements and translate them to business requirements to drive Transformation, tooling and automation. Ability to drive end to end implementation of process changes and tooling

• Reporting and Data Analytics – Understanding of data from workforce, third party and finance standpoint and drive data analytics for third party, workforce and financials. 

• Vendor Governance – Manage the vendors across the globe. Work with them closely to resolve their queries on the billing.

• Continuous Improvement Initiatives - Identification of strategic and operational improvements opportunities within Third Party space.

• Managing Risks – Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, manage assumptions and dependencies, provide status reporting.
