  • Overview
    • Digital Business Services (DBS) is a pivotal part of the Group with 60k+ FTE across 60+ markets. DBS consists of Technology, Operations, Data, Procurement, Corporate Services and Transformation. DBS provides essential operational and technical support to our global businesses and global functions.
    • The Business Support Manager will directly support the Head of Cost Management LAM & Mexico providing operational and administrative support and delivering ad hoc projects.
  • Performance
    • Co-coordinate financial activities as: Month end closing, provisions, accruals.
    • Attend and respond to internal and external audit requests.
    • Co-coordinate accounting information including certification of monthly balance accounts.
    • General overview of IFRS16 accounts information for all processes (Properties, Cars & ATMs)
    • General overview of Fixed Assets monthly information
    • Coordinate information on Property Insurance
    • Attend Regulatory deliveries to different areas (Fiscal, financial, audit, etc)
  • Governance
    • Ensure appropriate governance is implemented along with robust documentation and supporting controls
  • Leadership & Teamwork
    • Create strong relationships with key stakeholders, getting them to share information to support the achievement of Corporate Real Estate goals.
    • Preserving the current relationships with other areas, by meeting agreed-upon delivery dates.
    • Encourage team work.

  • Delivery
    • Ability to work well under pressure, demonstrate flexibility and adapt to rapidly changing priorities and tasks.

  • Business Acumen
    • Strong Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel (Medium level minimum)
    • Understanding of the HSBC Group and its business strategy
    • Knowledge of Digital Business Services including the services, processes and people
