We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst

In this role, you will: 

  • Oversee and the execution of business initiatives and activities in support of business area aims. Change Implementation for projects that are out of scope.
  • Provide SME (Subject Matter Expert) support on Business Risk related matters of risk identification, mitigation, governance, insights and control activities.
  • Participate in all business and Archer planning activities where we require all tasks to be completed.
  • Meet the requirements of the risk governance framework as well as ensuring the appropriate messaging, key risks are escalated through the appropriate business forums.
  • Model risk governance activities to be carried on regular basis (quarterly/yearly)
  • Roles and responsibilities of TPEM delegate to be carried out on various engagements in space of AI, Voice Biometrics, Speech Science.
  • Supporting activities evaluating various technologies for ISA, FSA for legal and business continuity functions.
  • Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance and and governance in Archer at every stage.
  • Facilitate & support senior management decision making by use of management information, performance information, stakeholder feedback and HSBC strategy.
  • Participation in forums and committees to represent view of business area
  • Participation in devising and monitoring of internal governance activities
  •  Working with external service providers to manage or evaluate their provision, monitor their performance and ensure service level agreements are honoured .
  • Ensure accurate monthly billing of Vendor invoices.  And continuous catch up with Vendor spocs for any discrepancies.
  • Submission of monthly accruals for different regions and take timely action for accrual releases.

Requisitos

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience with Business Analytical and Operational skills.
  •  Experience on Governance tools .
  •  Full hands on understanding of Excel and power point presentations.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to understand regional and global business continuity policy.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in the contact centre or telecommunications industry.
