We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering Specialist

In this role, you will

  • Data Architecture Design: Develop and maintain data architecture frameworks and models for Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
  • Integration Solutions: Design and implement data integration solutions between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency across platforms.
  • Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, data archival and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize data performance within Dynamics 365, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to enhance system efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data architecture, integration processes, and data models to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
  • Analytics Support: Collaborate with data analysts and business intelligence teams to support data analytics initiatives, ensuring that data is structured and accessible for reporting and analysis.
Requisitos

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Have a system engineering background and the ability to compare and contrast different solutions to meet a business requirement.  Provide technical thought leadership in evaluation of new technologies to meet business requirements and influence key stakeholders leading to adoption.  

In-particular: 

·       Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement data applications product experience and processes along with experience in other MS Dynamics modules. 
  • 10+ years of project experience and 7+ years of consulting experience. 
  • Proven experience as a Data Architect, Data Engineer, or similar role, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing Modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 data structures, entities, and relationships.
  • Proficiency in data modelling techniques and tools, as well as experience with ETL processes and data integration technologies.
  • Familiarity with Azure Data Services, Azure Data Fabric, SQL, SSIS, KingswaySoft Power BI, Azure SQL, or other ETL technologies and other Microsoft data analytics tools  
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
  • Understanding of CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints.  
  • Experience with .NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, and C#. 
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud platform. 
  • Good to have experience in collaboration tools (such as: Confluence, Azure DevOps & Jira). 

 Desirable skills:

  • Must have experience with other Microsoft products (e.g., Dynamics 365 for Sales, Marketing  SharePoint, etc.)  
  • Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) 
  • Automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet) are good to have
  • Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (Jenkins, GitHub, Nexus) are good to have
  • Have a good understanding of the financial services business.  Able to translate business needs into appropriate IT solutions. 
  • Good written and spoken communication skills with experience of successfully influencing stakeholders, negotiating effectively, and winning over audiences with compelling and persuasive presentations.
