The role is to support the team leader to oversee the HBCN CRP execution including governance, annual self-assessment & remediation, and complaint related process. Act as the CRP representative/expert to provide guidance for end-to-end retail process. The principal accountabilities including
- Assist team leader to build up CRP framework and oversee bank's CRP execution to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Act as the CRP expert to provide oversight on bank level CRP implementation and customer complaint handling.
- Analyze the complaint portfolio and identify the key issues triggered by customer complaints earlier.
- Sample check on the proposals including product launch, pricing, T&C, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate regulatory interactions and internal governance matters to governance meetings, e.g. IWPB CRP Committee, HBCN RMM, etc.
- Review the CRP policy/procedures regularly to reflect the latest regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate across teams.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in financial institutions.
- Strong knowledge on the retail banking and wealth products, with customer experience concept.
- Experienced in effectively influencing and communicating across various business lines at different levels within the organization.
- Knowledge of the IWPB business and its products, processes and pertinent regulations affecting their delivery.
- Good English writing and speaking skills
- Analysis skills on complaint portfolio to identify key issues.
