International Wealth & Premier Banking (IWPB) serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.

Working as part of a team, central to the roles purpose is supporting the change process from start to finish, including planning, coordination, analysing change impact(s), identifying the change audience, reviewing training suitability and making change delivery recommendations. 

The Channels Change Manager role will support ongoing network and transformational change. You will be responsible to conduct change impact assessment, collation and documentation of business requirements, plan and arrange stakeholder collaboration meetings, workshops and co-ordinate the management of change request pipeline and report on change request timing, status and outcome. 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing changes to IWPB Channels people, policies, product, processes, systems and IT changes.
  • Minimizing disruption by planning and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Improving customer experience is a direct outcome of well-coordinated change implementation.
  • The role will have a positive impact on ensuring compliance standards are maintained and aligned to current and future regulatory and legal standards.
  • Working with multiple internal stakeholders and the broader transformation team, the role will ensure the business runs efficiently and realizes the benefits of improved ways of working to help reduce costs and help our customers and teams.
Requisitos

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as IT, computer science, business studies, economics or finance with relevant financial service and / or change related experience.
  • Relevant industry qualifications for example ITIL, Agile, PMP and Six Sigma.
  • Strong retail banking technical skills including knowledge of software development lifecycles, testing methodologies, database management and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Interpersonal / soft skills are crucial to the success of the Change Coordinator role.
  • Good understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

Preference will be given to candidates who hold Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or who can demonstrate current unrestricted work rights in Australia without limitations.
